Cancellation & No-Show Policy

In the event that you do not notify us 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment there will be a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total charged to your card on file or added to your next appointment. In the event that you do not show up to your scheduled appointment with no form of communication or notification to us, you will be charged 100% of the total service scheduled to your card on file or your next appointment.

Please keep in mind, you must call the salon to cancel your appointment.

Late Policy

Out of respect for our other client's time and our stylist's time, we have a 15-minute late policy. If a client is 15 minutes late or more, they may be asked to shorten their service time or be asked to reschedule their appointment to another time. In the case of a need to reschedule, there may be a charge of 50% of the missed service, which will be charged to the card on file.

Refunds & Color Adjustments

We strive to meet all of your expectations and ultimately want everyone to love their hair. However, we Understand there are circumstances where adjustments may need to be made. In the event a client is unsatisfied with their service due to an error on our end, we are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment. Please contact the salon within 72 hours of the service date if there are any issues and we will get your adjustment appointment scheduled. Due to extensive time and product use during custom color and extension appointments, we do not offer refunds.
